| I liked this story; can't pin down exactly what caused it, (other than length and detail) but I got sucked in to it and felt like I was *there*. Sort of an unseen observer watching the action. For me, all good stories have the 'unseen observer' feel, but few are 'real' enough and long enough to suck me in so I forget anything else. Thanks for writing the story, and for the Bikini Beach universe- 'changed for good'. Sometimes a temporary, sometimes a permanent physical change, but always an improvement, one way or another, where the main characters are concerned. |

This wonderfull story just burns for a sequal. NO, make that MANY sequals. This, and the related stories, have to be some of the greatest works of fantasy I have ever read, and I read a lot. In the future, and given the differences between British English Vs. American English, please give further attention to your spelling. If you use only a spell checker, it will not catch a mistake like using the word 'quite' when you mean 'quiet.' Forge ahead. |
