Random Reviews
This was a good well-written story. I would have enjoyed it a lot except I kept getting angry and disgusted at the sexist elements that kept cropping up. That pretty much ruined the story for me. One also wonders how Imogen-in-Steven managed to perform a job he didn't actually have any training for. Steven-in-Imogen was the one that actually went through several years of University to get the job and thus could probably do the job better than her now brother could. I can accept that the brain in Imogen's body didn't have the intelligence potential that the brain in Steven's body did; not everyone is as intelligent as their siblings. I can also accept that they remained heterosexual after the swap as this is dictated by the brain wiring. I can even accept that the original Imogen didn't have the drive to be anything but a kept housewife; some girls are like that, even today. I can't accept that Steven-in-Imogen was content to follow that same route. |

What a great story by my favorite writer! Although Missy doesn't like it at first, it's just wonderful how she loves the changes. I especially loved the camp for others in transition!! Thanks Karen. It's another GREAT story!! |

Hi.Just a note to say I've read both chapters, and wanted to say "Where's the beef?" You have a story that seems to say to me. Here are the facts, just the facts and well may just a hint about how he feels. There's no underlying story. Just a chain of events tied around first the surgery and now the clothes...Hope in chapter 3 you come up with a story to link the other parts together.Dayna. |
