| For a fledgeling writer without even a hundred stories here at FM, MR/S. Morpheus Does one heck of a job with this story which shows there are occasions to revisit an older story. All you need is to have something to write that is fresh and exciting and not a retread of the 1st story. You've succeeded on all these levels and more. Now that you've opened the door, though, there are several stories I would like to see revisited! Maybe we can vote on which story of yours to do another sequel to at the FM voting booth??? !!! |

| An okay story, although it's pretty predictable. Like a lot of the shorter stories here, it seems to stop at the end of Act I. Characters and situations are set up, and then... Well, there is no "and then", it just stops. I also get a bit irritated when a story basically features a character more or less saying "well, I've just lost my entire family and none of the people who have loved me will ever recognize me again. Bummer." I can't speak for anyone else, but I would imagine that being ripped out of my family and only able to see them from afar would get me pretty upset. |
