Okay, Heidi, very funny joke you played on us .... Now, please finish the story!!!! Just kidding. This is a very sweet and heartfelt piece of writing. I only wish it could have gone on much, much longer. The contrast between John's world and that of his father and brothers hits home, and the relationship between mother and son just cries out for a sequel .... Great job!!!

I think that this story is great. Please continue the story line because I would like to see what else happens.

High praise is in order. I really thought that I would lose interest in the long transformation process and waiting for 'the marraige'. I was not only more than willing to be patient but had a hard time stopping yesterday and finishing today. Stayed up much too late reading it. I really like the freshness and lack of humiliation. The scheeming is still there but no cruelty. One of the most wonderful things about the story is that it never bogs down, it just keeps moving along at a very exciting pace. I appreciated that the sex scenes were beatiful. Not forced or cheap just a natural expression of the story and really some of the most beatiful I have read. No I certainly didn't want to hear anymore in that direction, good choice. There are so many things I like. One is your vast effort to give us a good tale. Another is the obvious joy of Cindy and that she has such fullfillment in relationships as a woman would. Another is her family. I really enjoyed her mom and dad. The description of clothes, makeup, beauty salon trips was balanced and very enjoyable for me(part of your CD audience). One lack is I think it would have added something to develop Cindy's friends more, they were showing up but they quickly faded away. Certainly that fits in with being a good girl. I know you have to be selective. What about other details at shool? What cheerleading was like in detail. What a day was like at school in more detail( I know you didn't want a diary style). How did she so easily start a business with a friend we don't see very much? More details I guess is what I'm asking for. Don't worry we loved it and though itis hard to devote the time to read a longer tale you have the goods dear. You know how to write. I probably should offer more constructive critcism but That often takes me a few days to formulate completely. For now just let me say I loved your story and thank you so very much Karen Elizabeth L.. Thank you so much for your very hard work. And yes I do consider myself a picky reader. Kristy Ames

Kate, I really enjoyed reading "Sissy Theraphy"--in fact, I've read it a couple of times and it ranks as one of my favorites. I agree with some of the comments made by other reviewers that the behavior of all of the women in Billy's life is just too severe/unrelenting to to be true. When you look at it from Billy's point of view, what does he have to look forward to? He hates his feminine regime and it is only fear of going to prison that keeps him from rebelling. Some other reviewer has made the point that suicide is his only long term option and I am inclined to agree. Please let us have another story because as far as I am concerned you have talent to burn. Spoilers, I guess... While I wouldn't necessarily go so far as to say this story is offensive, it's pretty poor. The writing is sloppy, junior-high level. Simple things, such as being consistent with past and present tense within a sentence, are ignored throughout - it's as if the story was written in one pass with no revision whatsoever. The characters are all stereotypes, and disturbingly sexist ones at that. What's the idea of that first story - that women should be demure and pretty and unambitious, content just to be an adjunct to their man? The lawyer character was just patently absurd. The characters in the middle section barely existed, were completely unmotivated, and none of their actions made sense. The characters in the third were slighty better, but the unexplained wholesale reversal in their attitudes in the end makes no sense. This is just not a good story, in almost any area.
