| It seems to be pretty obvious this was a story about a a transformed males gradual descent into losing his anchors towards his old masculinity. If you read between the valspeak, its a pretty insiduous descent, and somewhat scary. Yes, there's a lot of valspeak, but, it's not the easiest thing in the world to write a story using a consistent dialect. While this story may not be everyone's cup of tea, the writing of the story in the valspeak dialect took a great amount of effort on the part of the author. Using the valspeak heightens the helpless descent of the male into being a toy female, which made the story somewhat unnerving while letting the tale unfold. |
