| very well done...I think the exchange between Jaime and the mother of the other girl was very credible and lent a touch of realism to the story...I think too many stories tend to gloss over the trama of the change and focus on sex..and I like sex..but exploring the "fish out of water" is always interesting... clearly this story needs more work..and by that I mean..just more...its well written..its on a mature level and I'd love to see more chapters..more of how Jaime addjusts to being female....Dan in drizzly Los Angeles |

| King, Rice, Koontz . . . look to your laurels! What a *delightfully* disturbing, thought-provoking tale! The writing is superb, the characters are very human, very believable. (Especially the "monsterous" Eve. It's always memorable when an author, through her talent, can have you empathizing with the "monster" by the end of the piece.) The plot . . . well . . . read this grand tale and draw your own conclusions >;) I also have to admit; I finished reading "Eve" last night with a nervous little giggle. I left it till tomorrow to draft my review. When I reached for the "Power On" button on my trusty ol' IBM this morning . . . there was just the slightest of hesitations and another nervous little giggle. After all, it's all just fiction . . . . . . right? . . . PJ |
