Awesome story, one of the better I've read. Slow tranformations are by far the best! The images are great and help the story along. This is one of the best SWI I've read yet because it seems as if the images actually have something to do with the story. PLease write another, I can't wait!

I get so excited very time Julie posts another story--and this one is another wonderful addition to the Julieverse. I so love Jirra, Hallie, Iona, Callie, and others. Just to know that I get to see more of these characters that I so love is a joy for me. I reread most of Julie's stories at least once a month--and this one will be no exception to that statement! Keep up the great work Julie. I don't know how you find the time to write so much, or so well in doing so. But, you're fantastic!!! SBC

What a lovely story - A vaguely similar theme to my 'Sporty Spices First Outing' story which I wrote some time ago. I'd love to see a sequel - I reckon the older guy has to bring his two girls out shopping.

The story needs a bit more exposition in terms of the universe you have created. Placing yourself into the story is one thing, but if you do not explain that magic is common place in this world then things become confusing at best. Normally when I read a story about transformations I'd expect to read about the reality of characters not really believing in magic, and then having them forced into witnessing the craft before their eyes. Your character "Belle Starr" does not do this. I assume she is a magic user in previous stories, but it is not explained in this current story as such, and therefore, is confusing to the first time reader. This Anne Delvin should not have tried to play a game where there might be a possibility of magic being unleashed. That being said, she was not reprimanded in any way by her coven. You would think there would've been some sort of tribunal to determine what punishment, if any, should be placed on this so-called trainee. Instead we have her come in and quickly fix things. You only get to see Henry/Diana's fate as she becomes a little girl. This to me isn't very satisfying because you never get to even meet the other characters and what sort of personalities they have. Yes, two decided to remain female, but you don't even bother to tell us about their male names or even their motives for wanting to stay female. Were they overweight and not attractive to the opposite sex or were they sexually orientated to want to become female? This story reads more like an outline than anything else. There could have been so many ways you could have expanded the plot, like actually doing the game instead of talking about it second hand. You could have showed each of the boys turning one by one into girls while also trying to find a way to counteract the magic. I mean, Anne caused Henry to transform into a girl right? So, why didn't she just explain it was her fault and that she would try to fix it instead of leaving Henry angry and wanting revenge? Your own character Starr said it best; it was just a game, so why does Henry need to be punished like that? Just because he runs a character in a game that does stupid things isn't a reason to personally punish him. Now, if Henry refused to listen to Anne and went ahead to seek revenge, then I can see where punishment might be in order. Henry as Diana could quickly develop her own powers and become more powerful than Anne, and then Anne might have to ask help from her coven. That might have made a better story in the long run because you are explaining how the magic works, the beliefs and morals of the coven, and the basic premise that absolute power corrupts absolutely.
