| I just read your story and really liked it. It was well composed and I felt the struggles of the main character as he realized he was really she. It was mildly sexy as well, with the descriptions of the first times of each step in trying the clothes and beauty treatments. Seeing how these things calmed yet thrilled the new girl being discovered. Thanks for submitting this story and I hope to read more in the future. |

| Genesis Club: Shift Shift Revolution Details |
| A very well-done story about perhaps my favorite theme in this fantasy genre: a boy *lovingly* feminized against his will but without violence or sadistic feelings on the part of the one doing the transformation. The descriptions of the clothing and feminine accoutrements are all very well done -- vivid but not heavy-handed. Ms. McLoud knows the territory. [smile] Unfoortunately, the story ends with that oh-so-frustrating line, "to be continued," and I certainly hope that it is. There's a goldmine of material here. If I have one criticism of the story, it's that Shawn's quick acceptance of his "treatment" left me unconvinced. He seemed to me to be much too easily persuaded to participate in becoming a "girl for a year." I don't mean that he should be threatened with physical punishment or some unspeakable humiliation, but it needs to be stronger than it is. Shawn, as we see, is basically a good kid, so I think he would finally respond -- after an initial horrified refusal, and albeit with great reluctance -- to a *real* incentive to assist in his reform. For example, after accidentally (during some minor mischief) setting off the fire-sprinklers at his Mother's work, his mom tells him that if he doesn't accede to this solution, then it's likely she will lose her job. Even a ten-year-old could appreciate the gravity of that kind of threat. But I'm much too far afield for a review. As you can see, however, the story really engaged me and made me care about it. I look forward to another installment soon. |

| This story has TONS of great moments ... it's a classic. Sure, there are a couple minor details I could quibble about ... but by and large, this is DEFINITELY one of the great TG stories out there, in my humble opinion ... KUDOS!!! |
