| This is in answer to your review of my parody (in the 16th century meaning) of this story. So sorry I picked on you! After reading a spate of dark to the point of black stories where the husband is meanly (as opposed to lovingly) forced to become a woman, I just picked your story as a jumping off point for my story. Yours was simply the last one I read and very similar to the rest, and you were damn tough on your character with very little justification. Look, I know it’s probably your fantasy – and judging by the fans you have, appealing to many – you’re welcome to it. I tried to give a whole different slant starting from where you left off, I could have done my same story based on seven other hastily crafted stories I’ve recently read. Yours was simply the last. I don’t apologize for that. I do apologize for using your title and back plot. Though today I found no fewer than 53 stories, in a quick net search, with the same title. Many of which are different and predate your effort and mine. If you want, I will ask Mindy to pull my story – I have posted it nowhere else. I would have written this directly to you, but you didn’t leave your email address where I could find it. Your choice baby. |

| I was dismayed to see that you were considering discontinuing this story... You're Whence Cames have been my favorite series on fictionmania. I dont follow the "Interludes" as well... but Pamela and Fawn have always held my interest. I sincerely hope you continue this very well crafted and intriguing series. I do have one suggestion, which you may already be planning to implement. It concerns the reproductive cycle. If things continue on face value, with each Pamela and each of her descendents and their descendents each converting one mate into a spider woman each reproductive cycle (which I am assuming is approxiamtely once per month by human norms), then all three billion men on earth will be converted to spider women within a couple of decades. This in and of itself might not be so bad, but then everyone, human women and spider women would be out of luck for ever reproducing again. One suggestion I thought of was to make the second generation sterile. Fawn and her sisters and any other offspring directly from Pamela can mate and reproduce, but those spiderwomen would be unable to. This second generation might even be a drone class which is very susceptible to their mother's suggestions (just an idea). This will help the population math in the long run... their population will continue to grow, but will remain as a parasite population and never fully killing off natural men on earth. Anyway, it was just an idea on my part, and I'm sure you have a solution already. I really hope you continue the series and I anxiouslyt await part five. |

| The story is interesting even though it is a bit jumpy in spots. The ordeal that Terry goes through at the beginning is right out of life. But the rest of the story isn't so likely. It does make a good story but feels a bit short and rushed. |
