| Although I don't usually care for TS tales (personal preference only) this is a well-told story. I enjoy and appreciate believable plotting, dialogue and characterization, even within high-flying fantasies like this. Dale's roommate, John, was a particularly fun character - I found myself laughing out loud at his antics and absurd pronouncements, and a little misty-eyed when I realized he and Jenni would wind up in love. What can I say? I'm a sucker for romance, and I'd certainly want MY sister to fall for a good, slightly-goofy guy like that! All in all a very enjoyable read. |

| I know that this could be very serious to someone but the story got me to chuckle and on a drab, cloudy, rainy day where I sit. The sound of the frustration of someone not understanding how the person felt/feels is a feeling we all know from time to time. And being so wrapped up in our thoughts while driving that we suddenly realize we are at a certain place without remembering getting there. The last sentence is what cause the chuckle, that "the thing" would be removed one way or another. To Heidi: good job! |
