| This story was wonderful. It started out pretty quickly and established our hero pretty well in the process. The intrigue you presented had me on edge, so many questions left unanswered, I so badly want to see a sequal to Casino Blues in the macro context. Some sub plots and mini-stories, particularly with regards to the A&B machines would be nice, but you've left us all wanting more, a trade secret in entertainment, and I do indeed want to see more. If the novel you are working on is of the same caliber as this short story, I would be interested to read it. You have a writing style I like quite alot. Thank you for writing and keep up the good work! |

| This is a good story, but I'd suggest better editing next time. Have someone else read through for spelling, grammer, and punctuation errors. Or put it aside for a week, then come back and re-check it yourself with a fresh perspective. Sometimes we get so involved in our writing we actually can't see the simple spelling and punctuation errors that are obvious to others. That aside, it's a sweet little story with an unusual style of prose. Nice concept idea, too. Thanks for sharing! |

| Thank you for the encouraging comments. I have reactivated my Patreon page under Polrog to see if there is still interest in the story. There are some new chapters available there and even more for anyone who becomes a patron. I plan to publish the new chapters on Fictionmania eventually I suppose, but I have extensively revised the earlier chapters to remove inconsistencies and tidy up the writing, so I'm not sure whether I should maybe start the whole thing again from scratch. Again. Sorry it's all taken so long. As I've said in earlier comments, I write the story mainly for myself. Still, it's very nice to think some others appreciate it. I thought it might be too egocentric and not really fit with most of the readers of this website. |

| An excellent piece of work! It's difficult to invent a plausible rationale for a complete and permanent, and involuntary (or semi-voluntary) sex change, with an associated social-status change. Paul1954 has succeeded, with one of the best stories I've read recently. It's enough to make me write this as a well- deserved "congratulations". |
