i didn't think i would like it. i thought it would be silly, but i was so very wrong. This is an incredible story! i loved it. The writing is tight, the emotions and questioning is there. i don't think that there is room for a sequel, it so stands by itself, but i would love one. Now i'm going to read all your other tails. simply put, this was fresh and new and awesome. thank you.latexslut |

I'm so happy Fiction Mania is back! Thanks Roy for a good short story. It reminds me of a very short story of my own; I was working with a couple of guys who loved to tease any, and everyone, as much as possible. I joined the fun and looking back, it was almost too much fun sometimes. One of our co-workers was getting married and he was also one of our favorite targets. In a moment of quiet reflection and man to man discourse about marrage, my friend first set the trap. "Are you sure you love her?" Then he took it farther, "Do you really, really love her?" Following along, the dupe answered each in the positive. Then my friend delivered the punch line. "Well, if she had a dick, would you suck it?" - The unsuspecting target was appalled. "Oh mannn! Your gross. You SOB! F- you! Oh Mannnn!" Yep, we had fun! |

If the secret to a young mans heart is through his stomach, you'll find yourself burping after this one! I can certainly appreciate the author's use of cooking and eating as a means of expressing the boys effeminate nature, but honestly.... with so many other tools available, the boys culinary interests seem abit over done. Might I suggest building on the masculine tendencies of the "Aunt's" you've already established to help strenthen the contrasts between his fiminitity and her masculinity. Another idea to consider is to plant a bit more mystery into the mind of the boy about the nature of becoming a girl. You've already done it so some degree, but so far, all the mystery is desolved by his intellectual maturity; which is far over done! Remember, he's only 11, and the joy is in the discovery of the unknown. I enjoyed reading the story, it was well written and I encourage the author to continue on. However, it I read one more of those elaborate cooking scenes, I'll have to go one a diet! Joe |
