| I just loved this story. The knowledge they learned, the love they expressed, the willingness to give back what they wanted to keep and the prophecy that they would some day switch back and forth was just marvolous... I adored it.. Thanks for writing it and sharing with all of us....where could I find that orb? |

| Well, a rather sensitive and truly upbeat look at predjudice being broken down and discounted. Nicely done, good plot, excellent developement of plot,I only wish you would have developed and expanded the characters more. But truth is more would be superflouous (SP) Darn shame there is no category for drama in the Halloween contest.... Anyone wanting to read a nice story should read this one... |

| Wow... last thing I expected to find was a story set in my home. I don't know if you've been to Saskatchewan Jacquie, but you got almost everything right. Very impressive! But there was one thing I wanted to correct. "The wrestling team is quite the wow," Delia stated, somewhat cryptically, yet Rudy understood the meaning of the phrase from its context. "They're just good as the Hilltops. That's the team from the U of S." Actually, the wrestling team from the U of S is known as the Huskies, same as any of the other sports teams from the U of S. The Hilltops are a junior football team. (CJFL) Niggling I know, but that's the only mistake you made. As far as my review, it was a good story, (I loved the local references!) but I would have liked to see inside the main character. We really didn't get inside his head, so his motivations were a mystery. Everything that happened was just a little too convenient. You always had him being surprised, but completely passive. Either you needed to explain why he was going along with everything, or you needed him to resist more. As such, he never really felt 'real'. But thanks for the story! |
