| This story really held my attention! I found myself being drawn further and further into it's plot as the story progressed--a very nice writing style. Moreover, the author wrote in such a way that when the explanation for Frank's dreams was provided, it fit logically within the clues that the author had laid out earlier. A very nice job, Elrod. As there seem to be many more stories that can be told as a result of this program, I hope there will be more stories in this vein from you soon! |

| I found the story to be quite interesting, well written but the tail end or last few pages seemd to be rushed and the final page seemd to cut years from the story. good story anyway. |

| So far, so good. Try using "said" more. Writing "he snapped back" or "she teased" or whatever is a mark of the hack writer. So is elegant variation (saying the same thing differently to avoid repeating oneself, when repeating oneself would be less annoying). So is slipping little needless bits of description (e.g., we know that the guy is now wearing "the luscious young African-American girl's body," and don't need to be reminded again and again. Well, if you're trying to give the reader a hard-on, I suppose it's okay, but don't overdo it). All in all it's a good yarn, but these little things grate. |
