| I liked your story. This brings back memories of my son when he was 8 years old. He was tormenting his sister and her friends when they were playing. They were all members if a cheering squad for a midget football team.After a series of problems, the girls tried to get even. They proceeded to dress him in a cheer leader outfit. They would not let him change and forced him to go with them for ice cream at a local store. So, the more the merrier. |

| Sorry it's taken me so long to drop some feedback, I've been pretty lax in that regard. I'm loving your conversational writing style, the character interplay and the effortless way you manage to insert the reader into teenage politicking. Amy is a fantastic character, full grown on the page, and the way you've managed to believably manoeuvre her psyche from that of a college kid to that of a highschool skate chick is a wonder to behold. She also likes a lot a lot of my favourite bands which means all your little references are doubly appreciated at this end. My only reservation had been how easily she'd allowed herself to get manhandled into the role of a cheerleader, but you've more than laid those ghosts with this episode. Great writing, please keep at it. :-) |
