| I quite liked the story. I agree with one of the other reviews regarding the age, and the likely vocabulary of a young age group. It would be great to have a follow up with more detail. The story is fantasy, why do some people have to find a racist element because some of the characters are black. Are black people all good and white people all bad? Get real, the right of the author to cast the people in her story is her right. I did not find this at all racist. Is the author that writes of a nasty white man also racist???? |

| A wonderful story, although I was a bit surprised at the departure from your earlier universe (Nymphomania/Help/Days). I kind of miss the gangbang element that your early stories had, because it really underlines the sluttiness of these newly female characters: one-on-one or two-on-one with strangers is slutty, yes, but not as slutty as getting turned into a crowd's cum dumpster like in Seven Wishes, Nymphomania, or Help. By the way, could you respond via whatever email you use these days? I've been trying to get in touch with you for the better part of two years, and have been stymied... |

| Great work Shrike. I can't wait to see more of this story come out. I, too, am a big X-Men/Comics-in-general fan and while I didn't know all the characters you used (some of them custom for this story?) I was delighted to see some used in new ways ("Miss Bobbie Drake" for example) and not over-played so they ran over the main character. Very nice insertion into a well defined and so often re-defined (again and again) universe. I would like to see more on Timelapse and why she is so mad, was it just sickness for a few days or did she have some more drastic side-effect too? And of course I would like to see more of our leading lady Steph as she grows into her powers (maybe not even the same ones? or just those she had before are manifested differently and don't operate the same way anymore?) and to see if she can become a hero like the rest... I think the eventual shift to an old-school Marvel Girl style costume would be ironically sexy. ^_~ But a great start and great work with this one. |
