| The obvious answer is revenge on Lisa. But it has to be a revenge that completely absolves Jack from any child abuse. For Lisa to use abuse of children is despicable but it was you the authors who did it. I'm new to both computers and this site but is there not a rule about invoking child abuse as a story line. If there isn't then there should be. I was enjoying the story to that point but now I am so upset I have posted my E-Mail address with this response to see if either of the authors have the courtesy to reply and can try to justify what they have done. |

| I agree with sapphire. It is a blantant rip off of the SRU universe. And why even have Mindy post what you have written so far. No TG yet. Geesh! Give us a break. Finish it. Then post it. I hate reading stories posted one little part at a time. Do you expect us to re-read part 1 ten times so we can get the flow going again when you get another part posted. It is not right. The work load Mindy and her volunteers have you are just adding to it. And making us readers read and re-read it over and over is not right either. I know this sounds like I am screaming at you. But I am not I am trying to get you to reconsider what you appear to have planned for the story. If you post it in small parts most of us will loose interest in reading it, even when it is finished! |

| WOW!!!!!!!! Bella, I knew this story had unbelievable potential down the roads you've taken it and a lot of the other reviewers felt much the same. There were ideas thrown in that seemed random but you integrated them all, including his ongoing ambivalence about his new role, his co-workers' fascination and enjoyment of it, his hairdressing experience and even some housecleaning! Really, this equals the original in every way and is a worthy followup, one that's DEFINITELY worth continuing! The thought of Chantal ending up a part-time shampoo girl and beautician (once the license is settled) in a skirted uniform is luscious. And I REALLY loved the idea of a relationship between him and Nina. It's clear there was a deep friendship there. Really, dear, you couldn't have handled this more brilliantly. Did I saw WOW??? |
